Mga kasong may kaugnayan sa Dengvaxia, dedesisyunan ng DOJ ngayong buwan
Dedesisyunan na ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ang mga kaso na may kaugnayan sa Dengvaxia vaccine ngayong buwan.
Kabilang sa respondents sa nasabing mga reklamo ay sina Health Sec. Francisco Duque III, dating Health Sec. Janette Garin at 36 na iba pa.
Noong October 30, tinapos na ng panel of prosecutors ng DOJ sa pamumuno ni Asst. State Prosecutor Ma. Emilia Victorio ang preliminary investigation sa siyam na criminal complaints na inihain ng Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) at pamilya ng mga batang nasawi.
Ayon kay Victorio, ngayong buwan tatapusin nila ang mga reklamo at dedesisyunan ang mga ito.
Reklamong reckless imprudence resulting in homicide at torture ang isinampa ng PAO.
