Sa coronation night sa Salon Siriono Fexpocruz sa Bolivia, hindi napasama ang Pinay beauty queen sa semifinals round.
Pasok sa Top 10 ang mga kandidata ng Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Cuba, Peru, Ecuador at Europa Hispana.
Agaw-pansin naman ang red gown ni Alvarez na gawa ni Benjie Leguiab.
Ito’y dahil sa likod na bahagi nito, makikita ang tatlong bituin at araw na simbolo ng Pilipinas.
Sa official Instagram account ng Miss World Philippines, sinabi nitong para sa kanila ay mananatiling “Reina” si Alvarez.
Present naman si Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 Teresita Ssen Marquez sa coronation night para koronahan ang tatanghaling Reina.
