Ang National Commission on Muslim Filipinos, Philippine Commission on Women at National Youth Commission ay isinailalim na sa Department of the Interior and Local Government.

Habang ang National Anti-Poverty Commission, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, at Presidential Commission on the Urban Poor ay pamumunuan na ng Department of Social Welfare and Development.
