Trabaho sa BOC maayos pa rin kahit nagkaroon ng rigodon
Walang natatanggap na reklamo ang Palasyo ng Malacañan na naantala ang serbisyo sa Bureau of Customs (BOC).
Ito ay kahit na nagkaroon ng pagpapalit ng liderato at tauhan sa BOC.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo, maayos pa rin naman ang paperwork at paper processing sa naturang tanggapan.
Sa ngayon, hindi pa matukoy ni Panelo kung kailan magsisimula ang mga sundalo sa pagtatrabaho sa BOC matapos ilagay ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa floating status ang mga tauhan ng ahensya dahil sa matinding kurapsyon.
Sinabi pa ni Panelo na bahala na si Customs Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero sa pagpapasya kung hanggang saan ang magiging trabaho ng mga sundalo.
Binigyan aniya ng blanket authority ng pangulo si Guerrero para gawin ang mga nararapat na hakbang sa BOC.
“Meanwhile I think the services continue. I think there’s no complaint that something has gone awry there with respect to paperwork, paper processing,” ani Panelo.
