Shoot to kill ipinag-utos ni Pang. Duterte sa AFP at PNP sa mga papalag sa arrest order
Inatasan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at Philippine National Police (PNP) na huwag mag atubiling barilin at patayin ang sinumang tatanggi o papalag sa arrest order.
Sa talumpati ng pangulo sa birthday party ni dating Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano sa Davao City, sinabi nito na kapag nakipag-away at naging bayolente ang sinumang aarestuhin ay dapat nang barilin ng mga pulis o sundalo.
Babala ng pangulo, simula ngayon wala na ring magaganap na pang-aagaw ng pabahay gaya ng ginagawa ng grupong kadamay at wala na ring pang-aagaw sa mga nakatiwangwang na lupa o sakahan.
Ayon sa pangulo, anarkiya ang ginagawa ng mga grupong nang-aagaw ng mga ari-arian.
“Once you begin to resist violently he can do his thing. If the police or the soldier — I’m addressing now the nation, the entire people of the — if you resist violently, makipag-away ka, then my orders to my soldiers and policemen is just simply to shoot. And if they are in danger, shoot them dead. From now on there will be no confiscation of other people’s or somebody else’s property. Do not do that because you are sowing anarchy,” ayon sa pangulo.
Maari naman aniyang magreklamo ang mga tatamaan ng kanyang kautusan.
Subalit ayon sa pangulo, pursigido siyang ilatag sa bansa ang kaayusan at ipatupad ang mga batas.
