Direct flight mula Davao hanggang Hong Kong inilunsad

Maaari nang direktang makalipad papuntang Hong Kong mula Davao City.

Ito ay matapos ilunsad ng airline na Cathay Pacific ang Davao-HongKong direct flight kahapon.

Ang naturang lungsod ang ikaapat na siyudad sa bansa na mayroong direct flight papuntang Hong Kong. Una nang available ang one-plane ride pa-Hong Kong sa Maynila, Cebu, at Clark.

Ikatlong international flight naman ito sa Davao City Airport, kasunod ng mga biyahe patungong Singapore at Kuala Lumpur sa Malaysia.

Masaya ang Civil Aviations Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Davao sa development na ito dahil mapalalakas umano ang ekonomiya ng lungsod, maging ang turismo.

Sa ngayon ay patuloy na inaayos ang posibilidad na maparami pa ang international direct flights sa Davao City Airport.
