Naitala ang Intensity V sa Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte; Intensity IV sa Dumalneg, Bangui, at Laoag City sa Ilocos Norte; at Intensity III sa Sinait, Ilocos Sur.
Samantala, Instrumental Intensity V ang naitala sa Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte at Laoag City, Ilocos Norte; Instrumental Intensity III sa Sinait, Ilocos Sur; at Instrumental Intensity II sa Vigan City.
