Patay ang isang 18 anyos na motorcycle rider matapos mabangga ng isang truck sa Isabela.
Nagpapaliko ng kaniyang motorsiklo si Luord John Acoba nang ito ay mabangga ng truck na minamaneho ni Romulo Apalla, 58 anyos sa Barangay Maligaya sa bayan ng Echague.
Nakaladkad pa ng truck si Acoba.
Naisugod pa sa Isabela South Specialists Hospital Inc. si Acoba pero idineklara itong dead on arrival.
Kusa namang sumuko sa mga otoridad si Apalla na residente ng bayan ng San Isidro.
