Makasaysayan ang naging coronation night ng Miss Grand International 2018 sa The One Entertainment Park sa Yangon, Myanmar, kagabi.

Ito ay matapos himatayin si Miss Paraguay Clara Sosa matapos ianunsyong siya ang nagwagi sa korona.

Agad na umalalay ang Pinoy pride at host ng pageant na si Xian Lim sa beauty queen na agad din namang nahimasmasan makaraan ang ilang segundo.

Ipinasa ni Miss Grand International 2017 Maria Jose Lora ang korona kay Sosa.

Itinanghal namang runners-up sina Miss India Meenakshi Chaudhary, Miss Indonesia Nadia Purwoko, Miss Puerto Rico Nicole Colon at Miss Japan Haruka Oda.

Bigo ang pambato ng Pilipinas na si Eva Patalinjug at hindi nakapasok sa Top 20.
