Kandidatura ni Legarda sa Antique hinarang sa Comelec
Naghain ng petisyon sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) Atty. Vladimir Pelaez para hilingin na ibasura ang kandidatura sa Antique ni Sen. Loren Legarda.
Si Legarda ay naghain ng certificate of candidacy para tumakbo sa pagka-kongresista ng Antique.
Ayon kay Pelaez, abogado ni dating Antique Cong. Exequiel Javier hindi tumalima si Legarda sa minimum requirement na isang taong residency sa lugar kung saan sya sasabak sa halalan.
Sinabi ni Pelaez na nakumpirma nila na sa katunayan noong Mayo sa ginanap na SK at Barangay Elections, sa Malabon City bumoto si Legarda.
Nag-apply aniya ng senadora ng transfer for registration pero hindi pa nila tiyak kung naaprubahan ito ng Comelec.
