High school student nahulihan ng marijuana sa Quezon City

Sa kulungan ang bagsak ngayon ng isang grade 9 student matapos mahulihan ng marijuana sa Barangay Sacred Heart, Quezon City.

Nakilala ang 19 na taong gulang na estudyante na si Jairus Quinoveva, mag-aaral ng Ramon Magsaysay High School.

Ayon sa mga pulis, hindi naman kabilang sa kanilang binabantayang drug watchlist ang mag-aaral na suspek.

Narekober mula dito ang isang nakatuping papel, kung saan nakasilid ang mga pinatuyong dahon ng marijuana.

Mahaharap si Quinoveva sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
