Day 3 ng filing ng COC nagbukas na

Umarangkada na ang ikatlong araw ng filing ng certificate of candidacy sa Commission on Elections.
Alas 7:00 pa lang ng umaga, may mga tagasuporta na ng mga kandidato na nagtipun-tipon sa harapan ng Palacio Del Gobernador sa Intramuros, Maynila.
Maaga ring namayani ang kulay orange sa Comelec dahil sa pagdating ng mga tagasuporta ni Senator Cynthia Villar.
Ayon sa Comelec gaya ng unang dalawang araw ng paghahain ng COC, alas 5:00 ng hapon magtatapos ang filing.
