COC filing, itutuloy sa Oct. 15. Comelec, pinaalalahanan ang mga maghahain na gumamit ng bagong COC form
Ipagpapatuloy bukas (October 15) ang paghahain ng certificate of candidacy o COC, kaugnay sa 2019 Midterm Polls.
Ayon kay Commission on Elections o Comelec Spokesman James Jimenez, gaya noong Huwebes at Biyernes (October 11 at 12), ang bukas ang kanilang field offices sa buong bansa mula alas-otso ng umaga hanggang alas-singko ng hapon para sa mga maghahain ng kandidatura.
Aniya, magtatapos ang COC filing sa Miyerkules (October 17) at wala na itong ekstensyon.
Muli namang ipinaalala ni Jimenez sa mga maghahain ng kandidatura na gamitin ang bagong COC form, o yung may Question 22.
Kailangang sagutin ang tanong na “Have you ever been found liable for an offense which carries with it the accessory penalty of perpetual disqualification to hold public office which has become final and executory?”
Noong mga nakalipas na araw ng filing ng COC ay maraming nalito at gumamit ng lumang COC form.
