WATCH: Isko Moreno naghain ng COC; tatakbong mayor sa Maynila

Nagsumite na ng kaniyang kandidatura sa Commission on Elections sa Arroceros, Maynila si Isko Moreno.
Si Moreno na dating bise alkalde ng lungsod ay tatakbong mayor at running mate niya sa pagka-vice mayor si Coun. Honey Lacuna.
Isang araw bago maghain ng COC, nagbitiw si Moreno bilang assistant secretary ng Department of Social Welfare (DSWD) para tumakbo sa 2019 midterm elecitons.
