Ayon kay COMELEC Spokesperson James Jimenez, sa loob lamang ito ng tatlong buwan.
Nagsimula aniya ang voter registration noong July 2 at natapos noong September 29.
Ayon kay Jimenez, ang mga bagong nagparehistro ngayong taon ay maaaring makaboto sa 2019 elections.
