Isang malawakang revamp ang gagawin ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa hanay ng mga miyembro ng gabinete.
Ipinaliwanag ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque na kaugnay pa rin ito sa pagbibitiw ng ilang mga cabinet members na tatakbo sa 2019 midterm elections.
Nauna nang lumabas ang mag ulat na tatakbo sa Senado sina Roque, Presidential Political Adviser Francis Tolentino at Special Assistant to the President Bong Go.
Matunog naman ang mga ulat na tatakbo bilang gobernadora ng Bohol si Sec. Jun Evasco.
Bago ito ay sinabi ni Communications Sec. Martin Andanar na aabot saw along cabinet members ang tatakbo sa susunod na halalan.
Ngayong weekend naman ay pag-iisipan ni Roque ang kanyang mga opsyon kung mananatili ba siya sa gabinete o itutuloy ang kanyang pangarap na maging senador.
