Dating Gen. Jovito Palparan ililipat na sa Bilibid
Tuloy na ang paglilipat kay Ret. Gen. Jovito Palparan sa NBP o New Bilibid Prisons sa Muntinlupa City.
Ito ay makaraang ibasura ng Malolos Regional Trial Court Branch 15 ang hirit ni Palparan na pigilan ang commitment order para ilipat na ito sa Bilibid.
Ayon kay Justice Sec. Menardo Guevarra, idinahilan ng korte ang Supreme Court Circular No. 163-2013, kung saan inuutusan ang lahat ng mga trial court na ilipat lahat ng mga convicted criminal sa NBP kahit na may pending itong motion for reconsideration o apela.
Sinabi ni Guevarra na nakausap na niya si AFP Chief Carlito Galvez na tiniyak sa kanya na agad na tatalima ang AFP custodial center sa direktiba ng korte.
Posibleng ilipat si Palparan sa NBP bukas o sa araw ng Huwebes.
Nakakulong ngayon si Palparan sa General Headquarters sa Camp Aguinaldo sa Quezon City matapos mahatulan ng guilty sa kasong kidnapping at illegal detention dahil sa pagkawala ng mga UP student na sina Karen Empeño at Sherlyn Cadapan.
