CJ De Castro ipinag-utos ang reorganization ng mga electoral tribunal
Ipinag-utos ni Chief Justice Teresita Leonardo-de Castro ang reorganization para sa mga Supreme Court Justices representatives na nasa Senate Electoral Tribunal (SET) at House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET).
Sa isang pahinang Special Order 2589, inilukok ni de Castro si Justice Antonio Carpio bilang chairperson ng SET. Habang sina Justice Lucas Bersamin at Justice Estela Perlas-Bernabe ang mga miyembro nito.
Para naman sa HRET, pamumunuan ito ni Justice Diosdado Peralta at makakasama niya bilang mga miyembro sina Justice Mariano del Castillo at Justice Marvic Leonen.
Bago ang reorganization, sina Carpio, de Catro, at Bersamin ang bumuo sa SET. At para sa HRET, ito ay binuo dati nina Justice Presbitero Velasco, Peralta, at del Castillo.
Ang naturang reorganization ay epektibo simula pa noong August 28, 2018.
Samantala, naglabas din si de Castro ng Special Order 2590 na nagluluklok kay Carpio bilang pinuno ng SC en banc raffle committee. Miyembro ng nasabing komite sina Bersamin at Peralta.
Para naman sa Division Raffle ng Kataas-taasang Hukuman, Peralta ang mamumuno dito at mga ang mga miyembro nito ay sina del Castillo at Leonen.
