Overseas voters maaring magrehistro hanggang bukas, Sept. 30
Pwedeng makaboto sa 2019 elections ang mga Pilipino sa ibang bansa basta nagparehistro sila bilang overseas voters sa embahada o konsulada ng Pilipinas hanggang sa araw ng Linggo, September 30, 2018.
Ayon sa Comelec notice na ibinahagi ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), lahat ng Pinoy sa ibang bansa na registered voters ay maaaring bumoto sa mga posisyong senador at party list representatives sa susunod na taon.
Batay sa guidelines para sa overseas absentee voting, pwedeng mag-file ang applicant ng registration o certification mula December 1, 2016 hanggang September 30, 2018.
Ang aplikante para sa overseas absentee voting ay dapat na personal na mag-file sa Philippine embassy o consulate para sa biometrics capturing.
