Pagpapaliban ng Makati RTC sa paglabas ng arrest warrant vs Trillanes, nirerespeto ng Palasyo
Nirerespeto ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang ang pagpapaliban ng korte ng Makati sa pag-isyu ng warrant of arrest at hold departure order (HDO) laban kay Senador Antonio Trillanes IV.
Sa ipinadalang text message, sinabi ni Presidential spokesman Harry Roque na nirerespeto nito ang desisyon ng Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 148.
Ipinagpaliban ni Makati RTC Branch 148 Judge Andres Soriano ang pagpapalabas ng resolusyon sa mosyon ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ukol sa kaso.
Nakatakda ang pagdinig sa kasong kudeta laban kay Trillanes sa October 5, araw ng Biyernes, bandang 9:00 ng umaga.
