JBC shortlist para sa bakanteng pwesto sa CA natanggap na ng Malakanyang

Natanggap na ng Malakanyang ang shortlist ng Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) para sa bakanteng pwesto sa Court of Appeals.

Ang pwesto ay para sa iniwan ni dating CA Justice Socorro Inting na itinalaga sa Commission on Elections ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Kasama sa shortlist ng JBC si Loida POsadas-Kahulugan (6 votes), Angelene Mary Quimpo Sale (5 votes), Emily San Gaspar-Gito (5 votes), Emerson Aquende (4 votes), Raymond Reynold Lauigan (4 votes) at Encarnacion JAja Gomez Moya (4 votes).

Sa naturang shortlist pipili ang pangulo kung sino ang itatalagang mahistrado sa Court of Appeals.

Si Inting ay naitalaga sa Comelec noong May 3, 2018.
