Panda Express magbubukas ng branches sa Pilipinas
Dadalhin sa bansa ng fast food giant na Jollibee Foods Corp. ang American Chinese restaurant chain na Panda Express.
Sa kanilang isinumiteng disclosure sa Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), Sinabi ni Jollibee Foods Vice President Valerie Amante na pumasok sila sa 50/50 joint venture sa Panda Restaurant Group Inc. para maipasok sa bansa ang prangkisa ng Panda Express restaurant.
Nagkasundo ang nasabing mga industry leaders na magtayo ng limang sangay sa Metro Manila bilang bahagi ng initial phase ng proyekto.
Nakasaad sa kanilang isinumiteng disclosure sa PSE na mayroong kapital na $5 Million ang nasabing joint venture kung saan ang profit sharing ay base sa 50/50 ownership.
Ang Jollibee Foods Corp. ang siyang mangangasiwa sa operational support.
Nakilala sa iba’t ibang mga bansa ang Panda Express dahil sa kanilang sikat na orange chicken recipe, honey walnut shrimp at shanghain angus beef.
Maliban sa higit sa 2,000 sangay sa U.S ay may mga branches rin ang Panda Express sa Russia, Korea, Japan, Mexico, Dubai, Canada, Aruba, Guatemala, Puerto Rico at El Salvador.
