Blogger na si Drew Olivar, kinasuhan na dahil sa bomb scare nito

Pormal nang sinampahan ng kaso ang kontrobersyal na blogger at best friend ni PCOO Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson na si Drew Olivar.

Ito’y kaugnay sa bomb scare na ipinost ni Olivar sa social media, noong kasagsagan ng mga kilos-protesta noong September 21, 2018 o paggunita sa martial law declaration ni dating Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos.

Isinampa ng National Capital Region Police Office o NCRPO ang kaso laban kay Olivar sa Department of Justice o DOJ Martes ng hapon (September 26).

Kasong paglabag sa section 1 ng Presidentail Decree 1727 o Malicious Dissemination of False Information or the Willful Making of any Threat Concerning Bombs, Explosives, in relation to Republic Act 10175 o Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

Batay sa post ni Olivar, binalaan nito ang mga raliyista ukol sa posibilidad ng pambobomba, gaya raw ng nangyari noong 1971 sa Plaza Miranda.

Nauna nang humingi ng paumanhin si Olivar sa isang presscon ng NCRPO noong weekend.

Gayunman, tiniyak ni Philippine National Police o PNP chief Oscar Albayalde na kakasuhan pa rin si Olivar.
