3 NGCP towers, nasira ng landslide sa Naga, Cebu

Tatlong electric towers ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) ang nasira matapos ang malagim na landslide na naganap sa Brgy. Tinaan, Naga City, Cebu.

Sa impormasyong ibinahagi ng NGCP sa Facebook, sinabi nitong ang kanilang towers 9, 10 at 11 ay bumagsak dahil sa paggalaw ng lupa.

Hindi naman naapektuhan ng insidenteng ito ang distribusyon ng kuryente sa mga consumer ng Colon-Samboan Line 2.

Ayon sa NGCP, nagsasagawa na ng contingency mechanisms para siguruhing magiging stable ang Visayas Grid.

Naghahanda na rin umano sila para sa restoration works habang isinasagawa ang damage assessment.

Sakaling ideklara nang ligtas ang lugar ay magsisimula na ang restoration activities.
