Walang pasok bukas (November 02) ang ilang paaralan at kolehiyo sa bansa.
Sa anunsyo, kabilang sa suspendido ang klase bukas ay sa DLSU Manila, DLSU-Araneta at Adamson University, all levels o mula pre-school hanggang college.
Wala ring pasok sa University of Baguio, FEATI University, Don Bosco College, Dela Salle-College of St. Benilde.
Bukod dito, nagdekalara na rin ng kanselasyon ng klase sa lahat ng antas sa ayan ng Rodriguez, Rizal, pribadong paaralan man o pampubliko.
Wala ring pasok sa lahat ng opisina ng gobyerno sa bayan ng Rodriguez.
