Arestado ang anim katao matapos magkasa ng buy bust operation ang mga otoridad sa Barangay Molino 3, Bacoor, Cavite.
Nakilala ang mga naarestong drug suspek na sina Luzviminda Barrameda, Olive Barrameda, Ma. Madiline Gemino, Gerardo Quinton, Ariston Menez, at Romeo Menez.
Nabatid na sina Menez at Quinton ay pawang mga empleyado ng Bacoor City Environment and Natural Resources Office.
Ayon kay Cavite Police chief, Senior Superintendent William Segun, nabilhan ng P10,000 halaga ng shabu ang mga suspek.
Samantala, inaresto rin ng pulisya ang mga empleyado ng city hall matapos umanong patakasin ang isa pang target ng operasyon na si Oliver Barrameda.
Sa kabuuan, pitong supot at isang container ng hinihinalang shabu ang nasabat mula sa mga suspek. Tinatayang nagkakahalaga ito ng P1.9 milyon.
Mahaharap ang mga suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
