60,000 Porsche cars ipinapa-recall dahil sa engine leaks

Ipinare-recall ng Porsche ang halos ay 60,000 mga kotse na kanilang naibenta sa U.S, Canada, Europe at Germany.

Sa kanilang public advisory, sinabi ng Porsche na may nakita silang sira sa line engine compartment ng mga car model na Macan S at Macan Turbo na naibenta nila sa taong kasalukuyan.

Ang nasabing depekto ay pinagmumulan ng leak o tagas sa low-pressure fuel line ng nasabing mga modelo ng sasakyan.

Kabilang sa mga ipinare-racall ay ang naibentang Macan S at Macan Turbo models sa U.S na umaabot sa 21,835 units, 3,490 units mula sa Canada at 3,641 units naman ang naibenta sa Germany.

Kamakailan lang ay nalagay din sa kontrobersya ang sister company ng Porsche na Volkswagen dahil sa pagkakasangkot nito sa pollution-cheating scandal.

Makaraang bumagsak sa smoke-emission tests ay napilitan ang Volkswagen na umamin na sinadya nila ang paglalagay ng software sa kanilang halos ay 11 million diesel vehicles para dayain ang resulta ng nasabing pollution tests.
