Makati court hindi pa rin naglabas ng arrest warrant vs Trillanes
Nagpasya ang Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 148 na hindi pa rin maglabas ng warrant of arrest laban kay Senator Antonio Trilllanes IV.
Ito ay matapos ang ginawang pagdinig ng korte sa petisyon ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na humihiling ng agarang pagpapalabas ng warrant of arrest at hold departure order laban sa senador.
Sa nasabing pagdinig, hiniling ng kampo ni Trillanes sa pamamagitan ni Atty. Reynaldo Robles na bigyan sila ng sapat na panahon para makapagsumite ng rejoinder at dagdag na komento sa mosyon ng DOJ.
Pinagbigyan naman ng korte ang naturang hiling ng kampo ni Trillanes at binigyan ito ng 10 araw pa para magsumite ng rejoinder at supplemental comments.
Matapos ito ay mayroon namang 5 araw ang DOJ para tumugon sa ihahaing supplemental comments ng senador.
