Makati RTC hindi naglabas ng arrest warrant at HDO vs. Trillanes

Tumanggi ang Makati Regional Trial Court na magpa-pressure sa Department of Justice na humihirit sa kanila na magpalabas ng warrant of arrest at hold departure order laban kay Senador Antonio Trillanes IV.

Sa pahayag na binasa ni Atty. Diosfa Valencia, clerk of court ng Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 150 ay hindi pinagbigyan ang nasabing petisyon ng DOJ.

Nagpasya si presiding Judge Elmo Alameda at sinabi nito na bagama’t hindi na kailangan ng litgasyon sa mosyon ng DOJ pero kailangan nilang pakinggan ang panig ni Trillanes.

Itinakda ng Makati RTC Branch 150 ang hearing sa petisyon sa darating na Biyernes, September 14, 2018.

Matatandaang naghain ang DOJ ng very urgent motion sa Branch 150 para maglabas kaagad ng arrest warrant at HDO laban sa senador na binawian ng amnesty at ipinaaresto na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Nakapaloob ang nasabing kautusan sa Proclamation No. 572 na inilabas ng pangulo noong Agosto 31, 2018.
