Bagong MMDA Chief, rekomendado ni Francis Tolentino

Aminado si Pangulong Aquino na bata ni Francis Tolentino ang bagong chairman ng Metro Manila Development Authority o MMDA.
Ayon sa pangulo, itinalaga niya si Atty Emerson Carlos, dating assistant general manager for operation ng MMDA sa rekomendasyon ni dating MMDA Chairman Tolentino.
Nilinaw ng pangulo na permanent appointment at hindi lamang officer in charge o OIC si Carlos sa MMDA.
Si Tolentino ay matatandaang nagbitiw bilang hepe ng MMDA para maghanda sa pagtakbo niya sa 2016 senatorial race.
