Grab hindi na obligadong ibalik ang P2-per-min charge sa mga pasahero

“Partially granted” ang ibinigay na hatol ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board o LTFRB ang motion for reconsideration ng transport network company na Grab Philippines.

Sa desisyon ng LTFRB, hindi na oobligahin ang Grab PH na i-reimburse ang P2.00 per-minute-charge na nauna nang nagsingil sa kanilang mga pasahero mula noong June 5, 2017 hanggang April 19, 2018.

Sinabi ng LTFRB na ito ay dahil sa kawalan ng legal basis para suportahan ang reimbursement ng Grab PH, sa pamamagitan ng rebates.

Gayunman, kailangan pa ring magbayad ng multang P10 Million ang Grab PH ayon sa LTFRB.

Ito ay dahil iligal at walang otorisasyon ang ginawang paniningil ng ng nasabing transport network service.

Ang pasya ay pirmado ni LTFRB chairman Martin Delgra, at board members Atty. Aileen Lizada at Engr. Ronaldo Corpus.
