Impeachment complaint vs CJ De Castro, 6 pang SC Justices sufficient in form – house panel
Kinakitaan na sufficient in form ng House Justice Committee ang reklamong impeachment laban kay Chief Justice Teresita Leonardo-De Castro at anim pang SC justices.
Sa botong 21 na YES at zero na NO ideneklara ng komite na pinamumunuan ni Oriental Mindoro Rep. Salvador Doy Leachon na may sapat na form ang reklamo.
Bago ito napagkasuduan din ng komite na i-consolidate ang magkakahiway na reklamo laban kina De Castro, Associate Justices n Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin, Andres Reyes Jr., Francis Jardeleza, Noel Tijam at Alexander Gesmundo.
Samantala, hindi pa naman napagbotohan ang substance ng reklamo dahil ayon sa mga kongresista hindi pa nila nababasa ng buo ang dokumento.
Dahil dito, sinuspinde ng komite ang pagdinig at muling ipagpapatuloy sa araw ng Martes ganap na 9:30 ng umaga.
