Chief of staff ng LTFRB Chair at 2 iba pa, inireklamo ni Atty. Lizada sa Ombudsman
Nagsampa ng reklamo sa Office of the Ombudsman si Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board o LTFRB Board member Atty. Aileen Lizada laban sa tatlong tauhan ng Office of the Chairman.
Ito ay kaugnay sa pagtaas sa pamasahe ng pampublikong jeepney sa Iloilo, na walang otorisasyon mula sa board member.
Reklamong grave misconduct, dishonesty at conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service ang inihain ni Lizada laban sa chief of staff ni LTFRB Chairman Martin Delgra na si Manolo Labor at dalawang tauhan na sina Rose Gener at Angelo Afante.
Ayon kay Lizada, kawawa ang mga mananakay sa istilo ng pag-iisyu ng “orders for fake hikes.”
Kinukwestyon ng opisyal ang pag-apruba ng mga naturang opisyal sa P2.50 na fare hike petition, nang “sila-sila lamang.”
Sinabi ni Lizada na nirerebyu at hindi pa niya aprubado ang petisyon, pero kinuha raw ito sa kanyang opisina na malinaw na kawalang respeto sa kanila ng tatlo.
Tila aniya minadali ang desisyon at ang masaklap ay ipinasa ang mataas na fare hike, na hindi naaayon sa panuntunan ng Department of Trade and Industry at National Economic and Development Authority na dapat ay P1.50 lamang.
Giit ni Lizada, hindi pwedeng palagpasin ang paglabag ng tatlong empleyado ng LTFRB.
