Maaaring bisitahin ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang ilang makasaysayang lugar sa Israel.
Sa pulong balitaan sa Malacañan, sinabi ni Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Undersecretary Ernesto Abella na nasa agenda ng pangulo ang pagtungo sa mga significant spots.
“I’m sure that he will be visiting—I cannot give you the specifics of where he will be going, exactly where. But he will be visiting significant spots,” ani Abella.
Gayunman, hindi na tinukoy ni Abella kung anong lugar ang pupuntahan ni Pangulong Duterte.
Ilan sa mga makasaysayang lugar sa israel ang Bethlehem, Jerusalem Galilee, Wailing Wall, at iba pa.
Ang mga nabanggit na lugar ay pinaniniwalaang mga lugar na nagmilagro at nanatili si Hesukristo.
Bibisita ang pangulo sa Israel sa September 2 hanggang 5.
