Nakuha mula kay Diego limang maliliit na transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu.
Gayundi ang P500 na ginamit na buy-bust money
Ang suspek ay nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa pagbebenta at pag-iingat ng bawal na gamot sa ilalim ng Article II ng RA 9165.
