Mga mahistrado ng SC na sinampahan ng impeachment case, wala pang reaksyon
Wala pang inilalabas na reaksyon ang Korte Suprema sa pagsasampa ng impeachement complaint laban sa pitong mahistrado na bumoto pabor sa quo warranto petition ng Solicitor General na nagpatalsik sa puwesto kay dating Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Sinabi ito ni SC Public Information chief Theodore Te kasunod ng pagsasampa ng mga oposition congressmen sa Kamara de Representante ng impeachment complaint laban kina SC Associate Justice Teresita de Castro, Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin, Andres Reyes, Francis Jardeleza, Noel Tijam at Alexander Gesmundo.
Hindi isinama sa reklamo si Ombudsman Samuel Martires dahil hindi na ito associate justice ng SC.
Ayon kay Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman, ang reklamo ay kaugnay ng culpable violation of the constitution at betrayal of public trust ng mga nasabing mahistrado.
Sinabi ni Te na wala pang pahayag ang mga kinauukulang mahistrado dahil hindi pa nito nababasa ang reklamo ng tinaguriang Magnificent 7.
