Draft ng Pederalismo, bukas sa kritisismo at komento sa publiko
Binuksan na sa publiko ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang para sa komento ang draft Federalism na una nang binalangkas ng 22 miyembro ng Consultative Committee (Con-com).
Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Harry Roque, mismong si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang gustong marinig ang feedback ng iba’t ibang stakeholder para lalong mapaganda ang pagbalangkas sa Pederalismo bago isumite sa Kongreso.
“The President would consider the comments of the people and can improve the draft before submitting it to Congress. We will consider the feedback, and if need be, incorporate some of them in the proposal to Congress. Of course, the feedback is also important to Congress,” pahayag ni Roque.
Agad namang nilinaw ni Roque na hindi ito nangangahulugan na hindi kuntento ang pangulo sa naging trabaho ng Concom at ang pagtanggap ng feedback ay bahagi na rin ng public discourse.
Nagpasya ang pangulo na buksan sa publiko ang Pederalismo matapos umani ng batikos mula mismo sa kanyang economic managers.
Ayon kay Roque, maaring ipadala ang mga komento sa pamamagitan ng email o sulat at maaring ipadala sa Office of the Presidential spokesman o hindi kaya sa Presidential Communicaitons Operations Office (PCOO).
Maari rin aniyang personal na magtungo sa Malakanyang para ipaabot ang kanilang komento sa Pederalismo.
