Pagkakaroon ng hiwalay ng kumpanya ng Globe para sa kanilang towers inaprubahan ng SEC

Inaprubahan ng Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ang pagtatayo ng hiwalay na kumpanya ng Globe Telecom Inc. para sa kanilang telecommunications towers.

Ayon kay Globe senior vice president for Law and Compliance Marisalve Ciocson-Co, natanggap na nila ang approval of mula sa SEC para maitayo ang GTowers Inc.

Sinabi ng Globe na ang pagkakaroon ng hiwalay na tower company ay makapagpapabilis sa pagtatayo nila ng mga cellular tower sa bansa.

Noong July 6 inanunsyo ng Globe na ipinoproseso na nila ang pagkakaroon ng hiwalay na tower holding company.

Isa kasi sa malaking problema ng mga telecom ay ang kakulangan sa towers kaya marami rin sa subscribers ang problemado sa signal.
