Banta ng tsunami pinawi ng Phivolcs matapos ang magnitude 7.0 na lindol sa Venezuela

Pinawi ng Phivolcs ang banta ng tsunami matapos ang malakas na lindol na tumama sa karagatan ng Venezuela.

Ayon sa Phivolcs ang magnitude 7.0 na lindol ay tumama sa Venezuela alas 5:32 ng umaga oras sa Pilipinas.

Sinabi ng Phivolcs na sa kabila ng malakas ang pagyanig, hindi ito magdudulot ng tsunami saanmang baybayin ng Pilipinas.

Unang sinabi ng US Geological Survey na 7.3 ang magnitude ng nasabing lindol pero ibinaba ito sa 7.0 kalaunan.

Nagdulot ito ng matinding panic sa mga residente sa Venezuela na agad naglabasan ng mga gusali at kani-kanilang mga tahanan.
