PCOO naghugas-kamay sa “federalism video” ni Mocha

“I confronted (Constitutional Committee) spokesperson Ding Generoso today and I told him to disengage because he didn’t ask permission from PCOO. He went straight to Asec Mocha without informing me as the head of this department.”

Ito ang naging pahayag ni Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar kaugnay sa naging hakbang ni Constitutional Committee Spokesman Conrado “Ding” Generoso na kunin si Presidential Communiations Asec. Mocha Uson sa information drive sa Pederalismo.

Ayon kay Andanar, nakausap na niya si Executive Sec. Salvador Medialdea bago pa man kumalat ang viral video ni Uson kasama ang isang blogger na si Andrew Olivar na mistulang malaswang pinopromote ang Federalism habang nagsasayaw.

Ayon kay Andanar, naniniwala si Medialdea na isang seryosong usapin ang Pederalismo na dapat na ipaliwanag ng mga eksperto lamang.

Pinayuhan na rin ni Andanar si Generoso na lumayo na kay Uson.

 

Hindi pa nakauusap ni Andanar si Uson kung kaya hindi pa niya mabatid kung anong hakbang ang gagawin sa assistant secretary.

Sa panig ni Presidential Spokesman Harry roque, sinabi nito na seryosong usapin ang Pederalismo

Sa kanyang hiwalay na pahayag ay ipinaliwanag ni Uson na walang kinalaman ang ConCom sa kanyang inilabas na video kasama si Olivar.

Hindi rin umano siya ang spokesperson para sa Federalism at tumutulong lang siya para maipaliwanag sa publiko ang kabutihan ng charter change.
