Naglipat si pork barrel scam whistleblower Benhur Luy ng pondo ng bayan sa bank accounts ni Janet Lim Napoles sa Amerika.
Pahayag ito ni Luy sa hearing sa kasong graft ni Napoles at dating Senador Bong Revilla sa Sandiganbayan 1st Division kaugnay ng Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) anomaly.
Kwento ni Luy, ang public funds mula sa PDAF ni Revilla ay napunta sa mga implementing agencies habang ang ibang pondo ay napunta sa US.
Sa kanyang testimonya ay sinabi ni Luy na pina-telegraphic transfer nila ang pondo sa accounts ni Napoles sa Amerika.
Hindi naman nagbigay si Luy ng pahayag kung handa ito sa posibilidad na magbigay ng testimonya sa US dahil sa kasong money laundering na kinakaharap ni Napoles, 3 anak nito, kanyang kapatid at hipag.
