P56 na umento sa sahod sa Davao region ipatutupad simula ngayong buwan
Makatatanggap ng aabot sa P56 na umento sa sahod ang minimum wage earners sa Davao region.
Inaprubahan kahapon (August 1) ng Regional Tripatite Wage and Productivity Board ang umento kung saan ang P30 ay ibibigay na mula August 16 habang ang dagdag na P26 ay ibibigay sa February 16 sa susunod na taon.
Bunsod nito, tataas ang daily wage ng mga manggagawa sa non-agricultural sector mula P340 sa P370 at ang agricultural workers naman ay makatatanggap na ng P365 pesos mula sa P335.
Ang mga manggagawa naman sa retail o service industries na may 10 empleyado pababa ay makatatanggap ng daily wage na P355 pesos mula August 16 at P381 pesos mula February 16, 2019.
Epektibo ang umento sa sahod sa rehiyon na binubuo ng Davao City, mga lalawigan ng Davao Oriental, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Davao Occidental at Compostella Valley.
