Arestado ang isang lalaki matapos magkasa ng drug buy bust operation ang mga otoridad sa Lucena City, Quezon.
Nakilala ang drug suspek na si Chino Novesteras.
Nasabat mula dito ang walong sachet ng hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na 21 gramo at tinatayang nagkakahala ng P40,000.
Ayon kay Lucena City Police chief of operations Inspector Delilah Tapulayan, dati nang sumuko sa Oplan Tokhang si Novesteras.
Samantala, itinanggi naman nito na sa kanya ang narekober na iligal na droga. Aniya, hindi na siya gumagamit o nagtutulak ng shabu.
Mahaharap si Novesteras sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
