NBI, magsasampa ng kasong attempted murder vs Michael Banua
Nakatakdang magsampa ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ng Central Visayas ng kasong attempted murder laban kay Michael Banua.
Si Banua ay ang drayber ng motorsiklo na ginamit ni PO3 Eugene Calumba na napatay matapos maka-engkwentro ang bodyguard ni Tejero councilor Jessielou Cadungog.
Magsisilbi namang witness si Councilor Dave Tumulak sa naturang kaso.
Ayon kay NBI-7 director Atty. Patricio Bernales, patuloy silang makikipag-ugnayan sa Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG-7) sa kabila ng iba’t ibang bersyon ng mga witness.
Dagdag pa ni Bernales, nakakuha na rin ang otoridad ng CCTV footage sa pinangyarihan ng insidente.
