WATCH: 11 killed in a suspected car bombing in Basilan

A foreign looking driver was seen driving the vehicle that exploded in Basilan that killed 11 individuals.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said, the intelligence gathering capability of the the military and the police should be reviewed following the incident.
