WATCH: Mastermind in the killing of Mayor Bote named by the PNP

A businessman has been named as the alleged mastermind in the killing of General Tinio Mayor Ferdinand Bote.

The PNP has sought the help of the religious group, Iglesia ni Cristo in hunting down the suspects in this case that include the alleged mastermind.
