WATCH: Final Bicam version on Bangsamoro Basic Law to be submitted this week

The Bicameral Conference Committe is due to submit this week to President Rodrigo Duterte the final version of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law.

The signing of the BBL is expected to be part of the president’s third State of the Nation Address.
