Eroplanong patungong Brunei, bumalik sa NAIA nang masiraan ng makina

Biglang bumalik sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) ang eroplanong patungo sana ng Brunei matapos itong masiraan ng tubojet engine.

Ayon sa Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), ligtas na nai-maniobra ng piloto ng eroplano ng Royal Brunei Airline na naglalaman ng halos 150 na pasahero at crew pabalik ng NAIA terminal 1 matapos nitong madiskubreng may sira ang makina nito.

Umalis ang flight BI 684 patungong Bandar Seri Begawan sa NAIA ng 4:13 ng hapon at nakabalik sa airport ng 5:01 ng hapon.

Nakasaad sa report ng Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) na nag-radyo ang piloto nito sa Manila tower at sinabing ang kaliwang makina ng eroplano ay namatay ang isa sa mg engine nito 18 minuto matapos silang makapag-take off mula sa runway ng NAIA.

Nang makalapag naman ang eroplano, agad itong inayos ng ground crew ng Royal Brunei.
