Obligation-based budget iyon pero sa 2019 magiging cash-based budget. Magiging annual cash based budget so ‘yong in a way mas mababa ang cash based this year.”

Pinakamalaki pa ring alokasyon sa 2019 ay mapupunta sa edukasyon, Department of Public Works and Highways habang kasama rin sa 10 may pinakamalaking alokasyon ang Department of Transportation, Department of National Defense, Department of Interior and Local Government, Department of Health at Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
