Serye ng pre-SONA forums inumpisahan na

Nagsimula na ang pagdaraos ng serye ng forum bilang bahagi ng preparasyon para sa ikatlong State of the Nation Address (SONA) ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Ang unang araw ng forum ay idinaos ngayong araw (July 6) sa Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) sa Pasay City.

May titulong ‘TATAK NG PAGBABAGO: Tatak ng Pag-Unlad,’ nakasentro ang forum sa Economic Development Cluster (EDC) at Infrastructure Cluster (IC) ng pamahalaan na layong ipabatid sa publiko ang mga ginagawa at nagawa na ng administrasyon sa nagdaang taon.

Kabilang sa mga dumalo sina Cabinet Secretary Leoncio Evasco, Jr. Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary Carlos Dominguez III at Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark Villar na naglahad ng kanilang presentasyon.

Dumalo din si National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Ernesto Pernia.

Ang pre-SONA forums ay tatalakay sa Participatory Governance, Infrastructure, Human Development, Poverty Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation Mitigation and Disaster Risk Resiliency, Security, at Justice and Peace and Economic Development.
